Cancel Subscription

To cancel your CCBill subscription, follow these steps:

  • Go to CCBill Customer Support
  • Select your method of payment
  • Fill in two of the three fields in Step 2 with your subscription information
  • Click "Search"

To cancel your PayPal subscription, follow these steps:

  • Log into PayPal.com
  • Click "History" under My Account
  • Select "Subscriptions" from the "Show" pull-down menu
  • You may need to select a longer timeframe if you were a member for a longer period of time. Try selecting "Past Year"
  • Click "Search"
  • Look for a "Subscription Creation" with an "Active" link in the "Status" column. Click the link.
  • Click the button that says "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
