Find Your Username or Password
If you joined via CCBill, follow the below steps to find your username and password
- Go to CCBill Customer Support
- Select your method of payment
- Fill in two of the three fields in Step 2 with your subscription information
- Click "Search"
If you joined via PayPal, follow the below steps to find your username and password
- Log into PayPal.com
- Click "History" under My Account
- Select "Subscriptions" from the "Show" drop-down menu
- You may need to select a longer timeframe if you were a member for a longer period of time. Try selecting "Past Year"
- Click "Search"
- Look for the "Subscription Creation" entry
- Click the "Details" link
- Your username and password will be located on the next page.
