On his journey he ran into a caravan at the crossroads before entering Thebes. This caravan was of the present King of Thebes, Laius, but Oedipus did not know that. The people on the caravan started insulting Oedipus. Oedipus lost his temp .....

Snowball wanted to improve life on the farm just as Trotsky was trying to improve life in Russia. Trotsky was chased away by Lenin’s KGB or secret police just as snowball was chased away by Napoleon’s dogs. Napoleon himself was more Stalin than Lenin was however. Napoleon wasn’t a good speaker or clever like snowball just like Stalin wasn’t as educated as Trotsky or as good a public speaker. Napoleon was cruel, brutish, selfish, devious .....

Love has the unfortunate nature of being objective and the best way to tell love stories is from every point of view. How else can one understand from the outside? On page one she starts with Cocoa telling her side of things and on twenty-two; here comes George’s side. And it continues on like this, back and forth, telling both sides of certain events through the fog that is each character’s own perception of things. Brown has written many books about the life of the American Indian, including Creek Mary's Blood and Killdeer Mountain, but is clearly his greatest work. Brown made sure to include songs, quotes, and portraits sprinkled throughout the book. These are very important as they break the monoton .....
