And starts saying that sometimes he just wants to kill her and how he wants to do it. And then he starts bragging his friend with money to kill her. He has a whole plan worked out already on how he could go about doing so. And so he shows the friend all the steps to make in the apartment and what to kill her with a .....

The irony of this statement is that in the next line he says that he does not know it for a fact, but because he suspects it, he will act as if for certain! This gives me the impression from the beginning, that Iago is insane and exceedingly paranoid, going so far as to set up a cache of murders, just on the suspicion of adultery. Iago was also jealous of the open and loving relationship that Othello had. When Othello and Desde .....

Stella left Belle Reve to come to New Orleans. Blanche now comes to New Orleans saying that Belle Reve is lost but doesn’t explain how. Stanley thinks that Blanche is lying and he wants to know where the papers of the house are but Blanche gets off the subject. When Blanche and Stanley .....

Eugeus, Hermias father, demands that Theseus, the Duke of Athens, force the marriage upon his daughter. Eugeus explains that he will rid of her and “dispose of her, which shall be either to this gentleman or to her death.� But .....

From this early indication we can see that Macbeth is a fierce and bloody man at this point his speech gives the impression of Macbeth as a hero but it foretells of decent of Macbeth from hero to butcher. Macbeth can only be brave when he knows what he is doing and feels justified in doing it. He feels like this at the beginning of the play when he is prey to doubts and fears. We first see Macbeth afraid when he thinks of murdering Duncan it makes his hair stand on end and his heart pound. In Act2, scene 1 when Macbeth makes his “Is this a dagger…� speech he is horrified at the murder he is to .....

.... Brutus. Brutus actually made two mistakes with Mark Antony. The first was letting Mark Antony live and the second was letting him speak alone at the funeral. When Cassius first suggested that they should kill Mark Antony, which they should of, but the noble Brutus said “Our course will seem to bloody.� That was not his only mistake with Mark Antony he also let him speak at Caesar funeral. He was warned by Cassius, but Brutus ignored him as usual. When Mark Antony spoke he got crowd on his side and they killed all the conspirators except for Brutus and Cassius (they excepted the angry mob and left Rome). This was some more trouble that .....

In the beginning, King Lear shows his need for praise is how he chooses to divide his kingdom among his daughters. The one who praises him with the most "gusto" shall receive the largest area of land. This is even more evident when you consider that he already has divided up the kingdom before the praising even begins. As evident as he gives each daughter her land before hearing the next daughter's praise. Thus the who thing is just a show and an ego boost to himself. It is because of his love for praise that makes him react so strongly to Cordelia and Kent wh .....

(Sophocles 16) Oedipus was told by Teiresias that in his later years he would be the killer of his own father, a .....

Later in the play a troop of actors come to act out a play, and Hamlet has them reenact the murder of is father in front of his uncle Claudius. The actors murder scene also make Hamlet question himself about the fact that he has done nothing yet to avenge his father. Hamlet says " But am I Pigeon-livered and lack gall / To make oppression bitter, or ere this / I should ha' fatted all the region kites / With this slave's offal. Bloody, bawdy villain! ( Act II scene 2 page 84 line 577- 580 ). During the play Hamlet watches is uncle Claudius to see his react .....
