.... reactions to every situation that comes about, the parents then say "nothing's too good for our children". Later in the story the parents discuss the problems of the incredible house and nursery, "The house is wife, mother, and nursemaid, Can I compete with it?", and the father has a generic answer "But I thought that's why we bought this house". The parents in the story look upon their children's needs as services instead of ways of expressing any love or care. In the story we never learn anything about the children except for their obsession with the nursery, "I don't want to do anything but look and listen and smell .....

(Stevenson 45) Now would Mr. Hyde look like his counter part in anyway or would he be made up of pure evil, like mini-me in the movie Austin Power The Spy Who Shagged Me. Edward Hyde was just that pure evil. Mr. Hyde was pale and dwarfish; he gave an impression of deformity without any namable malformation, he had a displeasing smile, he had borne himself to the lawyer with sort of murderous mixture of timidity and boldness, and he spoke with a husky, whispering and somewhat broken voice. (Stevenson 10) In this novel it states that a potion can isolate your evil side. But does it take more then that? In .....

.... replaced the Joads smaller family unit. The Joad family’s journey to California results in the breakup of their family. The very first cause of the breakup of the individual family was with the loss of their land. The Joad family had lived there for many generations and had very strong ties to the land. Losing their land was equivalent to losing their family history. This is expressed by “She puts them in her pocket, closes the box, stands and with resignation tosses the box on the fire”(Galati 21). It is very evident that ma is reluctant to let her past go. On their journey they lose their first family member, Gramp .....

.... over the phone. The character is played well by, Chris Hendrix. He is fitted in what seems to be typical factory workers' uniforms. The actual acting of Tom is amazing. He looks as if he really gets into the part. In some of the narrative scenes, Tom actually leaves the stage and walks up and down the aisle of the theatre. No matter how unconventional his action, it was very effective. That action brought the play to the audience and made the audience feel as if they were active members of the play. Given the fact that the play has the confining effect of a small St. Louis apartment, it makes the audience feel as if they are .....

.... down his pace his son continued to run, and pretended not to see that his father was slowing down. This incident forced Elie to think about what he would do in the same situation. Elie decided that no matter how weak his father became he would always be there for him, even if he would die for it. Throughout the novel Elie Wiesel shows the reader how the Nazis broke the spirits of the Jews. This caused Elie to lose his faith in God, as his time in the Nazi camps grew longer. The reader can see this in Elie's father 's confrontation with the gypsy. His father asked a gypsy where the lavatories were, but the gypsy did not even respond to .....

.... from The Crucible, sin is put on trial. The Crucible directly addresses the themes and ideas from Salem Witch Trials. The young girls and their "leader" Abigail are the core of sin and evil in the girls and the community. Throughout the story accusations are "thrown" at others from the community who are believed righteous. Ultimately in this story the sin is "coming" directly from the black-man or the devil. The girls are believed to have formed a pact with the devil and are now attempting to lure others to come with them. Overall, in both works sin is the major theme and how sin affects the lives of the people and their comm .....

Breaking free from the room, Myrtle rushes into the street to find Tom where she is hit by the car of Gatsby, driven by Daisy. After doing some investigating, and after being misled by Tom, Wilson believes that it is Gatsby that is having the affair with his wife. Before his wife’s death, Wilson was simply content to move his wife away; however, after her death, he is out to make her lover pay. With pistol in hand, Wilson sets out to find Gatsby and kill him. Upon reaching Gatsby’s estate, he finds Gatsby alone an .....

.... when he sees newborn pigeons. When his father explains how these pigeons were made, Brian understands that birth is the beginning of life. Four years later, a similar conversation comes up when Brian asks his father how rabbits are born. With this new found knowledge, Brian also sees another newborn. But this time it was a two-headed calf, who dies at birth. Because of this, Brian comes to the realization that "God isn't very considerate"(166), for sometimes he lets things like the two headed cow come into this world, only to suffer and then die. The Second instance in which Brian is confronted with the meaning of life, comes to hi .....

.... Happy to be with his father, Elie still did not know if he was in line for the prison or the crematory. The line marched up toward the fires, he could see little children and babies being tossed into the fire. The line moved on past another pit where adults were being burned. After seeing these tragic events, Elie could no longer sleep. He could not believe this was happening and nobody was doing anything to stop it. After surviving the first concentration camp, Elie and Mr. Wiesel were sent to Buna, a work camp. At Buna a Overlap (a prison guard) was tortured for sabotaging a power station.
