viewer to believe that Franco Zefferelli wanted the two to look like fools, that
they could not do anything the way it is normally done because they are children
in search of quick love. This is bad because it is not very realistic. In
real-life, young adults would take the matter seriously because they know it is
a major step in life. Because the play is not entirely trying to make the two
look bad, it is the better production.
Another major difference in the mood of the play and the movie is in the funeral

Oedipus Rex

prophecy and left home because he loved his foster father who he believed to be
his real father. A while after he ran away he traveling down a road when he saw

bodyguards and his father, thinking that they were highway bandits, and by doing

A Deed Without A Name: The Significance Of Witches In Macbeth

Movie: Twelve Angry Men

juror #8 slowly undermines their confidence by saying that the murder weapon is
widely available to anyone, and that the testimony of the key witness is suspect.
Gradually they are won over by his arguments and even the most narrow minded of
his fellow jurors hesitantly agrees with him. Their verdict is now a solid not
guilty.
Arriving at a unanimous not guilty verdict does not come easily. The jury
