This is the situation Macbeth was in. He was seeking the throne, and only wanted to find a faster way to obtain that authority, thus he killed, lied, and cheated his way to that place of honor. Readers may debate that Macbeth was indeed insane, thus leading the reader to believe that he was not representative of a typical human. This just shows how characters from two totally unrelated stories are similar. Both Mr. Perry and Egeus want to have total control over their children's lives. Egeus and Mr. Perry made the most important choices their children would ever have, rather than letting them run their own lives. This fact may imply that Hamlet sees his father’s actions personified in Fortinbras. Although Hamlet seems to admire the dominance and will power that Fortinbras displays, he also criticizes him and his unattainable dream. “ The imminent death of twenty thousand men that for fantasy and trick of fame.� In this statement Hamlet is declaring that he thinks Fortinbras quest is meaningless and therefore deems it foolish. .... was nicely done. I thought it was pretty advanced considering when the film was made. The first mate’s tattoos were cute. (Although they were seemingly shoddily drawn on with magic markers.) I appreciated the actors too. The were good at what they were supposed to do. Even though these few things made L’Atalante almost bearable, I didn’t especially like it. Breathless, on the other hand, held my interest. There was a definite plot as well as plenty of action and romance. This would make any audience hate the man, however, Shakespeare gives Richard a string with which to pull at the audience’s heart: his grotesque deformities and the effect they have on Richard and his life. But what is his true motivation here is he trying to get hamlet as a backer for his new rain, so he is just lying and manipulating hamlet, or dose he have true and deep feelings for Hamlet and is just trying to help hamlet and was no self-interest in it.
