Personal Writing: Jealousy And My Friend
Words: 397 - Pages: 2.... crap out of me. She’s very self-conscious about herself and so anything I try on or think I might buy she practically screams about the high price or how slutty she thinks it looks. I always leave the mall empty-handed when I’m with her. The funny thing about this, however, is that a week later she usually ends up buying these clothes for herself. I just smile at her and tell her how nice they look on her.
Finally, she’s most jealous of my other friends. She’s constantly telling me ridiculous things about them in hopes to turn me away from them. God forbid me spend time with them one night instead of her. It was also pretty muc .....

Creative Story: Our Journey To Earth
Words: 715 - Pages: 3.... The males seem to be physically superior and raw. The females appear
to be sexy, seducing, and physically prepared. There also seems to be a strong
sexual attraction between the two species. The setting in this picture is very
relaxing and seems to be a place of excitement for the jovial humans.
Cigarettes appear to be a source of absolute happiness.
Another source of satisfaction for the humanoids are bottles of alcohol
which seem to bring smiles to dispirited individuals. This picture that I'm
looking at now has some type of amphibious creature saying the same word
"Budweiser". This small creature is in the middle of a large humano .....

Creative Story: Joseph
Words: 525 - Pages: 2.... by
dropping him off at this church which was SUPPOSED to take care of him so that
he could grow up with a normal life. In 1936 it was hard growing up in Germany.
In the town we lived in there was never peace, the nuns would not tell us that,
but we knew we all knew, accept for little Joseph. Nazi's would come in the
church and try to teach us their "superior" ways. None of us fell for it,
except Joseph. I guess he had no other place to turn to, so he slowly sank into
these idiotic ways.
About three years later the now 12 years old little boy was a nazi
himself and the one of his kind in that church. He still would play by himself. .....

Personal Writing: My Friend's Death From AIDS
Words: 403 - Pages: 2.... The leading scientists in this area have
stated that they are in very early stages of a long-term project. If you
double the amount of money set aside for research, you will not find a cure
in half the time. The billions that are currently allocated to AIDS
research are sufficient if they are used properly. I would try to put
pressure on the legislators to have a bill passed that would define the
ways money should be spent, and to monitor the progress of finding a cure
for this deadly disease.
Second and more importantly is the matter of education. AIDS is not
just a gay issue, it is a problem that affects everyone of us. The message
of .....

Creative Writing: When I Was A Kid
Words: 1640 - Pages: 6.... we lived in a nice residential
neighborhood (otherwise known as "the good area") In most horror stories, as
the hero approaches some haunted house (or some other terror) you can shout,
"Don't go in there! Stay away!" People moving into Norwalk have no such luck;
they move into the charming town without a clue of it's underlying sickness and
disagreeable citizens.
One of my first discoveries was the river that passed through the middle of town.
I was only a kid, maybe ten, when I started fishing by the edge of the river.
It wasn't easy finding the perfect location; this was a place where I would
want to be alone, a place to get away fr .....

Personal Writing: The Day Of Surprise
Words: 906 - Pages: 4.... day, I would
obtain the card that I had picked out from my father. Classmates would
give everyone Valentine cards. Some extremely generous kids would even
attach candy to the cards. It didn't matter if you hated each other, on
Valentines Day everyone put aside their differences and even presented
cards to the children nobody liked. That one day of love seemed to unify
the worst of foes through love and forgiveness. I could hardly wait for
that day to come.
As the night before Valentines Day had rolled around, anticipation
had escalated to an all time peak. Nevertheless, it was all set aside as
my parents once again started to fight. .....

Following A Dream Toward Freedom
Words: 471 - Pages: 2.... same nightmare it was then. People in
South Africa and Iran wake to this same nightmare everyday. They have no
personal rights or freedoms at all. Everyday they live in fear for their lives.
If its not being threatened by their own government its being threatened by the
lack of food they receive. Imagining the things they go through everday makes me
wonder about my freedoms. Why is it that I can go to my refrigerator whenever I
want and be able to get a nice, clean drink of water. When Meanwhile in some
foreign country some 10 year old kid, who has the same thirst as I do has to go
to a lake where the animals bathe to get a foul, disease i .....

Creative Writing: Downfall
Words: 1171 - Pages: 5.... just after I had finished
breaking fast, the sensation revealed its true purpose. I was told to
travel to the chapel at the edge of the village; the same chapel which had
haunted my slumber earlier.
At this point madness must have surged through my blood for before
I understood what was happening I found myself staring at the rickety old
sign at the border of our town which read Melas. As I came nearer to the
chapel I expected the tormenting sensation in my head to diminish. Alas,
it did not. The truth is that the throbbing increased to what I can only
describe as a cranial vibration. This timbre was not painful, however, nor
uncomfo .....

those huge pixie sticks. I got to the counter. "The usual" the cashier said
"Yup" I said realizing that this recognition was a product of the last
few weeks.
"That will be two dollars" she said. But that was needless because I had
already left the money and was half way out the door. I mounted my bike and rode
the steed while sucking down as much sugar as possible. We finally arrived at
the bike trails. We then Infiltrated the left over food that we bought from
Dons Deli. We were all on a sugar high, it's now time to ride. We did the usual.
